How do I get the Subdivision Plan registered at NSW Land Registry Services?
1
The owners must sign the admin sheet. There will generally be a signature block located on page 3 or 4 of the admin sheet.
For details on who can witness signatures, visit Registrar Generals information page at this link.
2
If you have an 88b instrument, you will also need to sign this on the appropriate page where the owner's signature block is.

If you have a mortgage, then your bank must also sign the admin sheet and 88b. The signatures will normally be located on the same page as your signature or the following page.
4
The Deposited Plan Admin Sheet that now has all the signatures must be returned to the Registered Surveyor for online lodgement to NSW Land Registry Services.
5
NSW Land Registry Services can take up to 4 weeks to complete the Registration process.
6
The Subdivision Plan is registered.
