What is a Construction Certificate?
Construction Certificate (CC) are only relevant to developments that have a Development Application Determination/Consent from Council (not if you have a CDC).
- The CC accompanies the Stamped Plans and includes all the information related to the CC, including the date approved, Certifier's details, a list of the plans which have been approved, the building class, and other legislatively required information.
- It certifies that design meets the development consent requirements and all relative Building Standards.
Where can I get a Construction Certificate from?
Construction Certificates and the associated stamped plans are issued by your Building Certifier.
