What is a Complying Development Certificate Approval for the Buildings?
The Complying Development Certificate (CDC) for buildings is an approval issued under the State Environmental Planning Policy 2008 (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) by your Building Certifier which approves the Construction of the buildings.
How do I get a CDC?
You need to engage a knowledgeable architect and building certifier that understand the design requirements for the development that you wish to undertake.
- The architect will design the building
- The certifier will approve the development and issue the CDC
Please send us both the CDC approval and the stamped plans.
