What is a Draft Subdivision Plan?

A Draft Subdivision Plan is a plan showing the proposed lot sizes and dimensions and is endorsed as part of the Complying Development Certificate Subdivision Approval.

Where can I get a Draft Subdivision Plan?

The Draft Subdivision Plan can be prepared by your Surveyor or Architect.

If the development relates Strata Subdivision with complicated common areas, then the Draft Strata Subdivision Plan must be prepared by a Registered Surveyor.
