Time Frame for Registration Process is 31 to 45 days
The process to get your Subdivision Registered is as follows:
- Subdivision Certifier to sign the Admin Sheet (Page 1) which is known as the Subdivision Certificate (2 Days)
- Owners to sign the Admin Sheet (normally Sheet 3 or 4) (1 Day)
- If you have a Mortgage then the Bank needs to sign the Admin Sheet (normally Sheet 3 or 4) (7-21 Days)
- Back to Surveyor for Registration with Land Registry Services (LRS) (21 Days)
Once we have received all the documentation that is required from you we will endorse the Subdivision Certificate within “2 days”.
Once you receive the document you need to review and sign it. This would generally take “1 day”.
Once all the others signatures are obtained, then the documents are sent to the bank for execution. The bank may need up to “21 days”.
ONLY the Registered Surveytor that prepared the Subdivision Plan can Register the Plan with LRS. The registration process typically takes around “21 days”.
