What are Development Application (DA) Approved Plans?
These are the plans that are approved by Council as part of a Consent/Determination for a Development Application.
- The development must be undertaken in a manner which is consistent with the stamped plans.
- The DA Approved Plans are generally stamped by Council (but not always and never if approved by the Courts). The approved plans are always referenced in the Development Consent.
Where do I get my Development Application (DA) Approved Plans?
Assuming you already have a Development Consent, you will get your approved plans from your Local Council. You will likely need to show proof of ownership of the property to receive copies of the documentation that has not been redacted.
