➢ Provide Development Engineering Services to various Councils, including development assessment, Subdivision Works Certificates and acting as Principal Certifier for Subdivisions

➢ Managed a team of 10-15 professionals to deliver strategic floodplain development and risk management, feasibility studies, concept and detailed designs

➢ Managed grant funding applications for design and construction projects, including several multimillion dollar projects

➢ Acted in the position of Team Leader Traffic & Subdivision on several occasions

➢ Engineering referrals for Development Assessments, Construction Certificate plan assessment for Greenfield Subdivisions, construction inspections to Council standards and Subdivision Certificates through to completion. These range from 2 lot developments to Greenfield subdivisions and construction of roads and wetlands at Shell Cove. I was also involved in assessing DA & CC plans for development approved under Part 3A (now State Significant Development) for development at Shell Cove Boat Harbour Precinct and Calderwood subdivisions

➢ Assessed Development Applications that have been referred to the Joint Regional Planning Panel (JRPP) and provided engineering advice to the panel

➢ Flooding investigations following recent large storms, including DRAINS models and 1D & 2D flood modeling using Sobek
